ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced LiDAR Trainer responsible for training, guiding, and improving the performance of team members on LiDAR data annotation projects. The role involves ensuring quality standards, conducting training sessions, and supporting continuous learning within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct Training Sessions
Train new and existing employees on LiDAR tools, annotation guidelines, and project requirements. You ensureeveryone understands how to do the work correctly.
2. Onboard New Joiners
Provide initial training and help new employees understand processes, tools, and quality expectations. You makethem job-ready from day one.
3. Prepare Training Materials
Create SOPs, presentations, videos, and practice tasks. These materials help employees learn easily and consistently.
4. Monitor Performance
Track trainee progress, evaluate their work, and identify mistakes. You check if they are improving or need support.
5. Provide Feedback & Coaching
Give regular feedback and guide employees on how to improve quality and speed. You help themgrowand perform better.
6. Ensure Quality Standards
Make sure all work meets client requirements and company quality guidelines. You maintain accuracy in LiDARprojects.
7. Handle Queries & Support Team
Solve doubts and provide real-time support during work. You act as a go-to person for the team.
8. Coordinate with QA & Operations
Work closely with QA and operations teams for updates, issues, and process changes. You ensure smooth communication across teams.
9. Track Reports & Documentation
Maintain records of training, attendance, and performance reports. You keep data for review and decision-making.
10. Conduct Refresher Training
Identify skill gaps and organize additional training sessions. You help employees improve continuously.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
∙ Strong understanding of LiDAR / 3D data annotation
∙ Experience in training or mentoring teams
∙ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∙ High attention to detail and quality focus
∙ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
∙ Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
∙ Basic knowledge of LiDAR tools/software
∙ Adaptability to changing project requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
∙ Experience in AI/ML data annotation projects
∙ Hands-on experience with tools like Cloud Compare or similar platforms
∙ Prior experience in a Trainer / Team Lead role
