Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensing Specialist. The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing licensing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, performing research to support decision-making, analyzing licensing data, and assisting clients with licensing inquiries. The role involves consistent communication with stakeholders, working collaboratively to resolve issues, and contributing to the optimization of licensing strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Licensing management and understanding of licensing compliance
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Research and the ability to collect and analyze information
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology-based licensing platforms is an advantage
  • Strong technological aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly
