Role Description
This full-time position is for a Licensed Psychologist located in Mumbai/ Noida with a hybrid working arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing psychological counseling, conducting mental health workshops, and performing psychological assessments for organizations. The role also grooms the candidate to build pitch for business and meet clients for new business. The psychologist will support teams in creating emotionally safe workplace environments and contribute to preventive mental health initiatives. Responsibilities include designing mental fitness programs, collaborating with business leaders, and preparing comprehensive reports based on assessments and consultations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, with a deep understanding of theories and applications for improving emotional well-being
- Proficiency in conducting Counseling sessions for individuals or teams
- Hands-on experience with Psychological Assessment tools and methodologies
- Background in Medicine as it relates to mental health practices is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- A certified degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field; relevant licensure to practice as a psychologist in India
