Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. The role involves conducting psychological assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and offering counseling services to children and their families. Responsibilities also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising clinical cases, and promoting mental health awareness. The psychologist will support children with diverse developmental challenges, fostering their emotional well-being and overall growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
- Proficiency in conducting Psychological Testing and assessments
- Experience in working in fields related to Mental Health and providing therapeutic interventions
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision and lead case discussions confidently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field required
- License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, or similar conditions is preferred
