Role Description The Licensed Clinical Psychologist at The Mind Project will provide evidence-based psychological assessments, diagnoses, and interventions through remote sessions. This full-time role includes conducting individual therapy, documenting clinical notes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to treatment planning tailored to diverse client needs. The psychologist will offer clinical supervision where applicable, participate in case discussions, and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve using digital tools for telehealth delivery, monitoring client progress, and engaging in periodic trainings or clinical meetings to maintain high standards of care. This is a remote position that requires comfort with technology and a commitment to accessible, inclusive mental health support.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling Psychology, providing evidence-based therapies for a range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, offering guidance and support to trainees or colleagues in a structured, ethical manner.
- Doctoral or master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent), with current licensure/registration to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience delivering remote or telehealth services, with strong digital communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis management abilities, with a client-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, adherence to ethical standards, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
