Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Noida. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, administering and interpreting psychological tests, providing counseling and therapeutic care to children with speech, language, and neurodevelopmental challenges, and offering clinical supervision to junior team members. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will work closely with families and other professionals on the platform to create and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Mental Health assessment
- Experience with Clinical Supervision and guiding fellow professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Autism, ADHD) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with therapeutic tools and evidence-based treatment methods for children
