Job Description – Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil)
*Candidates who can join immediately are preferred*
Location: Alpha Healing Center, Near Vadodara
*Key Responsibilities*
Independently manage assigned clients through comprehensive psychological assessment, individual psychotherapy, and treatment planning.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions as per clinical protocols.
Diagnose and manage psychological, emotional, and behavioural disorders, , somatic disorders, and other mental health conditions.
Administer, interpret, and document psychometric assessments and psychological tests.
Monitor patient progress, review treatment outcomes, and modify interventions as required.
Coordinate with family members, conduct monthly family meetings, provide regular progress updates, and prepare discharge summaries.
Deliver crisis intervention and psychological support during emergencies.
Work closely with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment records, and strict patient confidentiality.
Conduct online therapy sessions, follow-up consultations, and aftercare sessions as per organizational protocols.
*Eligibility*
M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with RCI Registration (Mandatory).
Experience in addiction psychiatry, rehabilitation, or mental healthcare preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, psychotherapy, communication, and documentation skills.
