The role involves interpreting screening results, developing personalized treatment and intervention plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine AhaTherapy’s wellness programs and AI-driven tools. The psychologist may also offer clinical consultation, participate in case reviews, and contribute to psychoeducational content that supports employee mental health.
