Position: License Compliance Officer
Location: CJCH India (Gurgaon) Hybrid.
Experience Required: 4+ years in Software License compliance.
Role Overview
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software license compliance.
- Analyze and process large volumes of data from multiple sources (client data, peer-to-peer, web monitoring, e-drone, open-source intelligence).
- Consult directly with clients, Client Account Managers (CAMs), and global legal partners.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and communicate regularly with leadership.
- Deliver compliance training and mentor junior officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex compliance cases across all clients.
- Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting.
- Support negotiations and provide informed recommendations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and data processing skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Negotiation experience (training can be provided).
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in cross-country teams.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment.
- Language skills (desirable but not essential).
