Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIC Bima Sakhi, primarily based in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include promoting and selling LIC's insurance products and services to potential clients, providing customer assistance, and conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to community awareness activities about LIC insurance products. Regular coordination with LIC branches and agents is essential for effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to effectively promote and sell insurance products
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes (training will be provided)
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently independently and in teams
- Proficiency in local languages, along with English, is preferred
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical practices
- Flexibility of working in part time
