Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bima Sakhi based in Hyderabad, with provisions for partial work from home. The Bima Sakhi will focus on assisting customers with information about LIC's insurance products and services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing personalized support to meet individual client needs, promoting LIC's offerings, and fulfilling defined sales targets. Regular interaction with clients and collaboration with the LIC team to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Strong understanding of financial or insurance products, with the ability to clearly present information
- Customer relationship-building skills and a client-focused mindset
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with digital tools
- Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to manage hybrid work effectively
- Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, though not mandatory, provided applicants demonstrate relevant skills and experience
