Role Description
As an LIC Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families select the best insurance policies tailored to their financial goals and needs. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, explaining insurance policies and benefits, recommending appropriate plans, and assisting with insurance claims. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to understand and explain insurance products and financial planning strategies
- Demonstrated experience in Consulting and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Effective Communication skills for clear and confident client interactions
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer suitable financial and insurance solutions
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving targets
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, along with market and regulatory trends
- Formal education in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
