Role Description
The LIC Bima Sakhi role is a full-time hybrid position, based in Borivali, with flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include promoting and selling LIC insurance products, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and providing professional assistance to policyholders. Daily tasks will include identifying potential policyholders, educating them about LIC's insurance solutions, and efficiently handling inquiries and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with local markets, communities, and customer requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to maintain documentation accurately
- Customer service orientation to address inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
