Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a LIC Bima Sakhi position based in Lucknow. As a LIC Bima Sakhi, the role involves promoting and selling life insurance products, addressing client queries, and assisting policyholders in understanding the features and benefits of various plans. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets while maintaining regulatory and ethical standards in operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client requests efficiently
- Knowledge of insurance products, financial services, or a related sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages in addition to Hindi and English is a plus
- Basic computer literacy to manage documents and client records
- Relevant work experience in sales or customer-focused roles is beneficial
- A minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in any field is desirable
- Commitment to fulfilling company and government compliance standards
