Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIC Agent, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The LIC Agent will be responsible for selling life insurance products, offering financial guidance, assisting customers in selecting appropriate policies, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role also includes conducting client meetings, addressing policy inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and representing LIC in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Finance and the ability to provide financial advice
• Skills in Customer Service and relationship management
• Knowledge and familiarity with insurance products and services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
• 12th or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
