Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role located in Chennai where LIC Agents work as freelancers offering financial products and life insurance solutions to individuals and families. Responsibilities include actively identifying potential clients, offering consultations to understand their insurance needs, recommending suitable plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with clients to address inquiries, manage claims, and build long-term relationships. While candidates are expected to conduct client meetings in-person, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong understanding of Finance and related concepts
- Experience and skills in Customer Service to build long-lasting client relationships
- Basic knowledge of Insurance and life-related financial planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a freelance environment
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial but not mandatory
- Minimum education qualification: High school degree or degree
