Role Description
This is a full-time role for a LIC Agent (Field Sales) based in Chennai. The LIC Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting and selling a range of insurance products, ensuring customer needs are met, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote role, with a significant focus on fieldwork across the Chennai region, requiring proactive engagement with clients, identifying financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and reporting performance to designated managers.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong understanding of Finance and Insurance concepts
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- A good understanding of the local market in Chennai is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or insurance roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is beneficial, but not mandatory
