Role Description
This is a full-time field sales role based in Chennai, where you will work as an LIC Agent. The role involves promoting and selling LIC's life insurance and related financial products, identifying clients' insurance needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. As an LIC Agent, you will engage with clients, provide tailored solutions, guide them on policy options, and ensure client satisfaction in every step of the process.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Insurance Sales and Marketing
- Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Related Financial Products
- Understanding of Finance, Financial Planning, and Risk Analysis
- Exceptional Customer Service skills for personalized customer interactions
- Ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and provide reliable insurance guidance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a dedication to achieving sales targets
- Prior field sales experience and familiarity with the Chennai market is advantageous
