Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a LIC Agent based in New Delhi. The LIC Agent will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients through in-depth consultations and needs assessments. Daily tasks include selling insurance policies, advising clients on financial planning, addressing queries, building long-term customer relationships, and maintaining proper records of transactions and policies. The role involves active participation in driving business growth and representing LIC’s values to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills
- Knowledge of Finance and ability to provide financial planning advice
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Understanding of insurance policies and benefits, with a focus on client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve targets and work independently
- Should have a minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is a plus
