Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Librarian role based in Noida. The Librarian will oversee day-to-day library services, including organizing and maintaining library resources and assisting students and staff in research. The role includes cataloging library resources, developing and providing instructional sessions to help users navigate library systems, and ensuring effective library management to foster a culture of learning and exploration. The ideal candidate will also manage metadata and propose enhancements to improve library operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Library Services and Library Management
- Strong knowledge of Library Science principles and expertise in Metadata management
- Experience providing Library Instruction to students and staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster a welcoming and resourceful environment for learners
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Experience with modern library systems or digital library platforms is a plus
