The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive or RV sales and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum <strong>3 years of automotive or RV sales experience</strong> (required)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong closing and negotiation skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities<br><br>
</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a competitive drive<br><br>
</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor<br><br>
</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license<br><br>

<li>Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial contact to delivery<br><br>

<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships<br><br>

<li>Maintain product knowledge on all current inventory<br><br>

<li>Work collaboratively with F&I and management teams<br><br>

<li>Consistently achieve monthly sales targets<br><br>
