Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Oversee daily store operations and workflow</li>
<li>Manage, train, and schedule team members</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally</li>
<li>Monitor production timelines and maintain quality standards</li>
<li>Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administrative tasks</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>2–3 years of management or supervisory experience in dry cleaning</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tasks</li>
