Key Responsibilities

1. Teach the Academic Curriculum (Syllabus-Based)

  • Teach six interdisciplinary subjects — Science, History, Social Studies, Arts & Music, Literature & Media, and a Special Topic — in a clear, structured manner.
  • Break down complex concepts into simple, accessible explanations with relevant examples.
  • Share curated notes, reading resources, and practice material aligned with the thematic curriculum.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal banks of curriculum documents and reference sheets.

2. Quiz Preparation (Individual & Team-Based Quizzing)

  • Track student progress and share brief updates with the internal team (LITWITS).
  • Coordinate with other mentors when needed (other subjects or batches).
  • Maintain class discipline, punctuality, and session quality.
  • Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and builds confidence.
