We're Hiring: Liaison Officer – CSR Partnerships & Resource Mobilization
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Travel Required)

Are you passionate about creating social impact and building strategic partnerships?
SEWAK, a leading non-profit organization with over 20 years of experience in skill development, livelihood promotion, women empowerment, and entrepreneurship development, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Liaison Officer – CSR Partnerships & Resource Mobilization to strengthen our CSR outreach across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure CSR funding opportunities from Corporates, PSUs, Foundations, and Philanthropic Organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, Corporate Leaders, Government Departments, and Development Partners.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with prospective CSR donors.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of CSR projects aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act.
- Support proposal development, concept notes, MoUs, and partnership documentation.
- Track CSR opportunities, RFPs, and funding announcements.
- Represent SEWAK at CSR forums, conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Work closely with the leadership team to expand strategic partnerships and resource mobilization.
Desired Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in CSR, Corporate Relations, Government Liaison, Business Development, NGO Partnerships, or Institutional Fundraising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities with corporates, PSUs, and government stakeholders.
- Experience in proposal development and CSR project coordination will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India.
