Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaisoning Head specializing in real estate at Paradise Group Builders & Developers, based in Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will manage regulatory and compliance processes, coordinate with government authorities, oversee property documentation, and ensure alignment with real estate laws. The role also includes facilitating property-related approvals, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and supporting project management teams by addressing related legal and procedural challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management and knowledge of Facility Management (FM) practices.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate project operations.
- Understanding of Finance as it applies to budgeting, cost estimation, and regulatory fee structures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local regulations, processes, and standards in the construction and real estate industry.
- Proven experience working in roles involving liaisoning for real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
