Position Overview
DGS Group is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Liaisoning Architect with strong knowledge of redevelopment approvals, authority coordination, architectural compliance, and project approval processes within the Mumbai real estate market.
The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in handling MCGM approvals, redevelopment documentation, consultant coordination, and authority follow-ups while ensuring timely project approvals and compliance execution.
The role requires a proactive professional capable of independently managing liaisoning responsibilities across multiple redevelopment and construction projects within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle liaisoning and approval coordination for redevelopment and construction projects
- Coordinate with MCGM and other statutory authorities for approvals and compliance matters
- Manage approval processes related to IOD, CC, OC, amendments, and redevelopment documentation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and liaisoning departments for project execution
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of architectural and approval-related documents
- Monitor approval timelines, compliance status, and authority coordination activities
- Handle redevelopment proposal documentation and approval procedures
- Maintain approval trackers, MIS reports, and project documentation records
- Support management in resolving authority-related operational issues
- Ensure adherence to redevelopment regulations, DCPR norms, and statutory compliance requirements
Required Candidate Profile
- 5 to 12 years of experience in liaisoning architecture or redevelopment approvals
- Strong knowledge of MCGM approval processes and redevelopment norms
- Experience handling IOD, CC, OC, amendments, and statutory approvals
- Prior experience in Mumbai redevelopment projects is mandatory
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with consultants and authorities
- Working knowledge of DCPR regulations and redevelopment compliance processes
- Ability to work in deadline-driven and execution-focused environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural coordination preferred
- English communication mandatory

SOP & Operational Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to work in a highly execution-driven and deadline-oriented environment. The role requires continuous coordination with authorities, consultants, architects, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth approval and compliance execution across redevelopment projects.
The candidate should be capable of independently handling follow-ups, approvals coordination, documentation management, operational planning, and compliance execution within defined timelines.

Candidates residing nearby or Western Line candidates preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture mandatory
- Relevant liaisoning or redevelopment experience preferred
Working Days & Timing
- Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
