Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Officer, based in Chandigarh. The Liaison Officer will act as the primary point of contact between Western Overseas and its partners, including educational institutions and internal departments. Responsibilities include managing relationships with educational institutes, coordinating student admissions, assisting with visa documentation, and ensuring smooth communication channels. The role also entails providing exceptional customer service to students and families, and occasionally conducting training sessions to enhance team knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and team members
- Proficient analytical skills to assess student eligibility and improve operational processes
- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain client satisfaction
- Ability to conduct and manage training sessions for team growth and development
- Experience or knowledge in the education and visa consultancy sector is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
