Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Liaison Officer, based in Chennai. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government officials. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating communication, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external teams. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting training sessions when required.
