Role Description The Liaison Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Guntur, responsible for coordinating and maintaining effective relationships between TABOR, client organizations, and key stakeholders. This role involves facilitating communication between business and healthcare partners, gathering and analyzing feedback, and supporting the implementation of culture transformation and operational excellence initiatives. The Liaison Officer will organize and participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and expectations are clearly communicated and understood. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, preparing reports, escalating issues when needed, and collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs. The role also requires proactively addressing client concerns, promoting TABOR’s values and methodologies, and supporting leadership development and training activities within partner organizations.
Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in liaison, client-facing, or coordination roles within business or healthcare environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Guntur, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with organizational development, Lean practices, or culture transformation initiatives is an advantage.
