Position: Liaisoning Executive
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Executive with hands-on experience in managing building proposal approvals and coordinating with municipal authorities for residential and commercial development projects in the Thane / MMR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with TMC / BMC and other municipal authorities for building proposal approvals.
- Manage submission procedures, approval processes, and documentation related to development proposals.
- Work closely with architects, liaison consultants, and developers for redevelopment and building projects.
- Handle TDR transfer processes and related documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders for submission and approval processes.
- Follow up with government departments to track approval status and ensure timely clearances.
Technical Skills
- Marathi typing using ISM software (mandatory).
- Familiarity with municipal online submission systems and documentation procedures.
Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in liaisoning work.
- Prior experience working on projects in Thane / MMR region preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in architectural / redevelopment consultancy will be an added advantage.
