Company Description ANOR SUNSHINE PROS PRIVATE LIMITED specializes in liaisoning for CEIG approvals, Net Metering, and Captive & Open Access power plants, with a strong focus on the solar energy sector. The company provides end-to-end solar EPC services, including project design, execution, and commissioning. It also manages operation and maintenance activities to ensure reliable performance of installed plants. In addition, the company supplies critical metering and grid interface equipment such as ABT meters, CTs, PTs, and RTUs. This combination of liaisoning, technical solutions, and service support offers applicants exposure to both regulatory processes and solar power technologies.
Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Liaisoning Engineer with experience in solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling approvals, documentation, and coordination with government authorities for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle approvals from Discoms and CEIG
Follow up with DISCOM officials (AE / DE / SE)
Attend CEIG & DISCOM inspections
Maintain documentation and approval trackers
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret regulatory requirements, assess documentation needs, and support compliance-related decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for drafting applications, reports, and status updates.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to client inquiries, manage expectations, and ensure professional, timely support throughout the liaisoning process.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to help internal teams and clients understand regulatory procedures, documentation standards, and project compliance steps.
- Relevant experience in liaisoning with power sector or renewable energy regulators, utilities, or government departments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of solar EPC projects, basic electrical systems, and metering equipment (ABT meters, CTs, PTs, RTUs) is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, public administration, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office software and documentation tools.
Technical Skills
Understanding of solar systems (Rooftop & Ground Mounted)
Knowledge of transformers, LT panels, and cables
Ability to read SLDs and electrical drawings
