Role Description We are seeking an experienced Liaison Officer to manage regulatory coordination, document submissions, and compliance activities with Labour Departments, licensing authorities, and local trade offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Labour Department officials and local trade authorities.
• Prepare, review, and submit statutory documents, applications, and renewals.
• Follow up on approvals, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of licenses, permits, registrations, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
• Represent the company before government departments and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in government liaison, labour compliance, or licensing activities.
• Knowledge of labour laws, trade licenses, and statutory compliance procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory matters simultaneously.
Location: Across Karnataka
