Role Description
The Liaison Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position involves acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and business partners. Responsibilities include coordinating approvals, managing permits, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating clear communication, and proactively resolving challenges related to property and construction projects.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and compliance in the real estate or construction sector
- Organizational and time-management skills for coordinating documents, deadlines, and communication flow
- Problem-solving abilities to anticipate and navigate potential challenges
- Familiarity with project management techniques and tools is advantageous
- Proven experience in the real estate, construction, or related industries
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Urban Planning, or a related field
