We are currently supporting a high-priority hiring effort for an Exotic Animal Clinic in Sebastian, Florida, and we're seeking an experienced Veterinary Recruiter to help us identify, source, and present top candidates for two key positions: Associate Veterinary Doctor Veterinary Practice Manager Job Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, online directories, veterinary associations, and networking Pre-screen applicants to evaluate clinical experience, cultural fit, and availability Coordinate interviews between candidates and client Provide regular updates on progress and pipeline health Maintain organized records of outreach, applications, and candidate status Ensure candidates meet Florida state licensing requirements where applicable Deliver at least 5–10 qualified candidates per role per week Ideal Candidate: Proven experience recruiting in the veterinary or healthcare sector Strong sourcing and Boolean search capabilities Familiarity with Florida's veterinary licensing and employment landscape Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven with the ability to work independently under deadlines Nice to Have: Access to veterinary-specific resume databases or industry contacts Previous experience working with exotic animal clinics or specialty practices Compensation: Competitive project-based or hourly rate (negotiable based on experience)
