Senior Data Scientist

LHH is searching for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical models and algorithms to drive business insights and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to extract insights from large and complex datasets - Analyze data from various sources to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions - Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data products - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner - Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques and tools, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge Requirements: - Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Operations Research - 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL - Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and other advanced analytical techniques - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
