About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead who is well-versed in the latest AI technologies, tools, and AI agents to help reimagine the future of digital content creation. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and leading the development of an AI-powered Digital Content OS that automates manual workflows in digital content companies.

The future of content creation involves a transformation where AI and tech will revolutionize processes such as ideation, content creation, distribution, and monetization, leaving human input focused primarily on creative execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Conceptualize and build an AI-powered Digital Content OS from the ground up with focus on content ideation module (recommendation system)
2. Gain deep insights into digital content workflows and integrate them into the product. 
3. Build data pipelines and integration with third party systems; ensure integrity of data that will power our recommendation systems
4. Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team from scratch. 
5. Work with a lean team to rapidly develop and deliver MVPs across different modules. 
6. Hands-on coding and development—this is NOT a hands-off leadership role.

Key Qualifications: 

1. 4-8 years of relevant hands-on coding experience is mandatory.
2. Proven experience as a full-stack developer proficient in modern web technologies or a strong willingness to learn. 
3. Strong background in building AI-first applications, particularly leveraging LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic etc.
4. Experience with serverless architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 
5. Deep understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization. 
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. 
7. Previous experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or founding a startup is highly valued.
