LGBT Great is looking for a Relationship Management and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our partner companies, securing new partnerships, and expanding our network of LGBTQ+ friendly employers. You will work closely with our community team to identify and engage with new potential partners, and with our account management team to ensure existing partners are satisfied and engaged. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in growing our global network of LGBTQ+ inclusive employers and expanding our mission to empower 1 million people by 2030.
