What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree
- Completed at least 1 year of college coursework
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interest in manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working both independently and on the shop floor
- Bonus: strong writing skills or interest in improving documentation (especially using digital tools or AI)
