What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree
- Completed at least 1 year of college coursework
- Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
