This is a remote position.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
Strong experience with Meta/Facebook advertising is required; additional exposure to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or similar paid platforms is preferred
Proven understanding of audience targeting, uploaded/custom contact lists, retargeting, and campaign optimization
Ability to manage campaign execution, monitor performance, and adjust strategy based on engagement and conversion data
Experience handling multiple active campaigns and testing initiatives simultaneously
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create professional, concise, and effective campaign messaging
Comfortable working in an environment where campaigns, targeting strategies, and priorities will continue evolving
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership while also operating independently with minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accuracy across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
Open to testing new ideas, learning new tools/platforms, and contributing strategic recommendations as campaigns scale
Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on organic posting, social media calendars, or community engagement without paid campaign ownership will not be a fit for this role
