Role Description
This is a full-time Level 3 Software Developer role based on-site in Chennai. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code, and contributing to the company's AI and machine learning projects. The candidate will be responsible for debugging, optimizing applications, and ensuring the highest standards of development. Additionally, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Programming Languages: Java, Python, or C++
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms and frameworks
- Competence in Database Management Systems, including SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git for collaborative development
- Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize code for performance
- Experience in deploying applications on-premises, with a solid understanding of system architecture
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Previous experience with mission-critical applications is a plus
