Role Description The Level 2 Network Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in India. This role involves administering and maintaining network infrastructure, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability of network services. The engineer will handle escalated support issues, perform advanced troubleshooting, and resolve complex network incidents. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and optimizing routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices, implementing network security policies, and supporting network design changes and upgrades. The role also requires documenting configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance to Level 1 support staff to maintain stable and secure network operations.

- Packet Analysis & Network Troubleshooting
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
- Enterprise Network Monitoring Tools
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
✔ CCNP Enterprise or equivalent experience
✔ Experience with Network Automation/Scripting
✔ Knowledge of Cloud Networking & Network Security
✔ Change Management & Maintenance Window Experience
🔹 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents
- Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, Riverbed, and F5 devices
- Perform root cause analysis and network performance optimization
- Execute network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with global infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams
- Mentor Level 1 engineers and contribute to operational excellence
📌 Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise Network Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours from India
