· Delegate daily tasks and monitor efficiency, accuracy and safety habits
· Report issues or concerns to the Inventory Supervisor or Manager
· Complete daily inventory audits by comparing physical counts against system records and investigate reasons for discrepancies. (Cycle Counts)
· Assist in the unloading of truck deliveries and review incoming inventory shipments for accuracy
· Prepare outbound Purchase Orders and include the required shipping documentation
· Pull necessary parts to build or repaired finished goods as outlined on Work Orders
· Restock inventory items
· Communicate inventory shortages and defective or unusable items
· Assist other departments with their inventory requests and move items in the system to their designated locations
· Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse by tracking product movements using established internal control procedures.
· Generate inventory-related reports
· Communicate via email with Purchasing Department and Operational Departments regarding Purchase Orders and identify any discrepancies in what was received compared to the Packing List
· Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as part of daily activities; and must be able to obtain forklift certification
· Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action
