About the role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in investment banking, deal analysis, and client interaction.
Key Requirements:
A degree (pursuing or completed) in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
Ability to understand a company holistically including business, finance, operational, strategic and market factors.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing comprehensive due-diligence reports for prospective investments and partnerships.
Analyze businesses from a 360-degree perspective, considering financial, operational, strategic, and market factors.
Interpret and evaluate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support investment decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with clients to gather relevant data and insights.
Contribute inputs to other team members, such as designers while preparing pitch decks, internal memos, and analytical documentation as required.
