Job Overview:

Service Technicians play a vital role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers who rely on our hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pools, and other premium products. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with top-tier customer service. Service Technicians proactively diagnose, repair, and resolve issues to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently while upholding company safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

Compensation Range: $23.00 - $26.00 / Hourly 

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities: 

  • Repair and service hot tubs, swim spas, pools, and saunas
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal teams
  • Complete daily service calls efficiently and professionally
  • Diagnose issues using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools
  • Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance
  • Meet productivity and performance goals
  • Perform water balancing and pool cleaning as needed
  • Complete training and maintain required certifications
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications: 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting abilities
  • Mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical experience preferred
  • Hot tub and/or pool service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes
  • Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs
