About the role

Your main duties will be to work closely with the Head of Operations Funding to provide operational support for all aspects of funding in LC including the BDM channel, business advisory, Structured Debt Solutions and Newsource.

The Specific Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support with the preparation of data and reporting
  • Working to produce and distribute monthly MI and reporting to Funding teams and individuals
  • Compliance QS
  • Overviewing compliance documentation and accurately reporting on adherence from Funding teams
  • Sharing best practice and providing training and support to increase adherence
  • Support project delivery
  • Work closely cross functionally to support the advancement of the team objectives in line with HOF priorities
  • Support in the monitoring of project parameters, liaising with internal stakeholders re actions required, and support management of projects to timeline
  • Support with system development testing
  • Support with the delivery of development projects including testing cycles
  • Record testing scenarios and outcomes, monitoring projects to specifications, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support with other ad hoc tasks as required within the funding team
  • Be an ambassador of LC Group working cross functionally to support business objectives
  • Support the team to drive business income working with clients to deliver funding solutions in line with the overall strategy



Skills Required

  • ‍‍Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Data Accuracy
  • Personable with some business and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively to deliver in a fast-paced business responding to changing priorities
  • Microsoft knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Comfortable working with data including pivot tables
  • Experience working within regulated process and adhering to Compliance frameworks
  • Ability to manage own workflow, working through projects to completion
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders from across the group
  • Support with accounting process including invoicing, bank reconciliation
