Summary

The TA Specialist supports the execution of the organization’s talent acquisition strategy by managing full-cycle recruiting processes across a variety of roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the rest of the HR team to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with business needs.


They play a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience, maintaining efficient hiring workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting practices. This role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. 
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels to build strong talent pipelines. 
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support compliance and reporting needs. 
  • Assist in tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness. 
  • Support employer branding efforts, including job postings, social media engagement, and candidate outreach. 
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and hiring teams. 
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and workforce needs. 
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Assist with vendor coordination (e.g., background checks) and onboarding processes as needed. 
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).      
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret basic recruiting metrics. 
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
