Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Roles & Responsibilities - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations - Drive sales through active client interaction, follow-ups, and relationship building - Assist customers in-store, via calls, or online platforms (as applicable) - Maintain product knowledge to confidently present features and benefits - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper product display (if retail-based) - Process sales transactions accurately - Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally - Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns - Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance REQUIRED EDUCATION & Experience: - Strong communication & interpersonal skills - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) - Ability to handle customer objections and close sales - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What we offer you Location: Bangalore Eligibility: UG students (final-year or recent grads)
