What you will be doing

As an Optimization Analyst, you'll focus on improving user conversion rates and enhancing user experiences through data-driven experimentation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other optimization strategies. Your work will directly impact business performance by making data-informed decisions that improve our product experience.

Your Duties Will Include Some Of The Following Tasks

  • Conversion Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization tactics.
  • Experimentation & Analysis: Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and revenue.
  • Data Collection & Automation: Ensure data accuracy by optimizing tracking mechanisms while minimizing manual dependencies.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts to implement improvements based on experiment results.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear, concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Knowledge and skills you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent hands-on experience in data-driven optimization.
  • 2+ years of experience in experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or related data analysis fields.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO).
  • Data analysis skills to interpret and apply insights from experiments.
  • Experience creating dashboards to visualize and communicate findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with front-end analytics tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or FullStory).
  • Strong communication skills—ability to explain data insights to non-technical teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to optimization.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones (Europe & Americas).

Bonus points for the following

  • Experience in eCommerce, entertainment, or digital product industries.
  • Exposure to automation in experimentation workflows.
