Regional Manager- Large Format Retail
Achieve business goals-
PC, VAS and Tablets.
Plan the regional business goals, in line with LFR objectives on PC, Tablets, and VAS
Ensuring display of Lenovo products at the identified stores (Share of Shelf and Share of Visibility)
Own merchandising with the region, in order to ensure products availability and seamless replenishment, and provide timely feedback to the stakeholders in case of any issue.
Weekly/Daily review with the regional teams to ensure weekly targets are achieved
Store visits - ensuring coverage of all manned and unmanned stores, and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
Relationship Management
Regular formal meetings/reviews with LFR Accounts (Regional teams) to effectively drive business and ensuring stocks availability, and to resolve any operational/products/enablement's-related challenges.
Alignment with accounts regional teams on weekly Sell Out plans of Lenovo business goals across categories.
Team Management
Managing of team of Area Managers, and In-Store Promoters
100% stores coverage by the Area Managers, and timely intervention to resolve any issues faced by the team
Hiring and Onboarding of any open positions for in-store promoters and/or Area Managers by continuous tracking of right talent in the market and effective coordination with the stakeholders, thereby ensuring at least 95% fill rates.
Merchandising
Availability of stocks, placement (display) of key products (PC, Accessories, and Tablets), and availability of product tickets with the right pricing.
Ensuring that product details/affordability/any other offers are correctly communicated within the store.
Marketing, Training and CX
Own the marketing , training, CX and other initiatives as agreed within the central business teams
